Built in 1885, our hotel has three storeys with eleven en-suite bedrooms, and, for the comfort and safety of our guests, is completely non smoking. Within a short and easy walk of Keswick's market square, theatre and lake, the hotel provides a most convenient location, close to many amenities yet in a quiet position. The Edwardene serves as an excellent base to explore the central and northern Lake District, whether for a relaxing break away from it all, or for discovering the beauty of the mountains, fells and lakes of this outstanding area, with many excellent varied walks from the doorstep.

By Car (from the M6):
- Leave the M6 at junction 40.
- Take the A66 west following signs for Keswick for 17 miles and exit at the sign for Keswick.
- From the slip road turn left and carry on until you reach the T-junction.
- Turn right on the A591 towards Keswick town centre (1 mile).
- Just before the pedestrian crossing, turn sharp left into Southey Street.
- The hotel is 150 meters away on your right hand side.
